Admission & Fee Policy

Clear guidelines for smooth admission and fee management

Important Instructions

  1. Admission will be confirmed only when Registration fee (1000) and Admission fee (5000) will be deposited.
  2. Fees may be collected monthly/quarterly/half yearly/Annually only. Late fee fine applicable after due date.
  3. Fees once deposited will not be refunded in any case.
  4. Fee schedule will be communicated at the beginning of the session.
  5. Admission will be finalized after interaction or entrance test only.
  6. First sibling discount is 25% of Tuition fee. Second sibling discount is 75% of Tuition fee. In case of more than two siblings only transport charges will be changed to third sibling.
  7. Identity card, Diary, Costume charges for school function will be paid separately.
  8. Modules charges Lab, Manual & Board Reg. Fees will be charged separately.
  9. Please mention Student Name, Class, Contact No on the Bank of DD. Cheque/DD returned by the bank for any reason, shall be treated as non-payment of dues and additional Rs 500 shall be charged along with the late fee.
  10. Last date of deposit of fee is the 10th of every Quarter/Month. In case of non-payment fine of Rs 10 per day will be charged.
  11. Hostel fees will be deposited in two installments. First at the time of admission & Second after summer vacation.
  12. Those who are paying fees on monthly basis should deposit the fees for the month of June along with May’s fee and the fee for the month of March shall be deposited along with the month of Feb’s fee.
  13. Documents required are: Photocopy of Birth certificate, Transfer certificate, Previous class report card, Aadhar (Self/Parents), Passport Photograph (Self/Parents).
